Today is your first day using Python, a computer programming language. Python is a very popular computer programming language around the world and easy to learn.

Follow along with the teacher when going over this tutorial. You will log into the Teacher's PC-BSD server with PuTTY. Once you log into to PC-BSD, create a new folder called Python in your home directory located, for example: /usr/home/tommy/python. You will save all of your Python programs in the python directory. DO NOT SAVE any Python programs in /usr/local/www/data/!!!
You will use this tutorial for the remainder of the quarter.
